You will be alone, you will ride into the nature, you will test your physique but soon you will find that the mind will lead you to the finish line. The crises will alternate with moments of great euphoria during which you will feel invincible. Sometimes you wonder who made you do it but when you wear the medal of finisher you will have a new awareness: you will find that our limits are self-imposed and that nothing is precluded. Do not be afraid to try, the real failure is not retreat but stay holed up in your comfort-zone where everything is taken for granted. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
All persons (women and men) of any nationality who meet the following requirements are admitted to UBS Xtreme:
- have reached the age of 18 at the time of registration;
- hold a valid Health Certificate for cardiovascular intensive sport activity (cycling races/events) model E - UCI;
- for foreign athletes: be in possession of a liability insurance plus accident insurance for medical expenses, accident, repatriation, invalidity or death;
- submit sports curriculum/motivational statements.
Health certificate
Members of Italian nationality must be in possession of a medical certificate of sport for competitive cycling as prescribed by the DM 24/04/2013, valid annually, issued after 01.01.2025 to be sent only in PDF format.
Foreign members must be in possession of a medical certificate of sport for the practice of competitive cycling issued by a Medical Sports Center stating the absence of contraindications for participation in a test of endurance and intense commitment cardiovascular system such as UBS, issued after 01.01.2025.
The certificate, to be sent in PDF format, must be completed in English using only "Health certificate official form" based on the model E prepared by UCI (see below):
Before registering, please read the UBS Xtreme REGULATION carefully: only after reading, understanding and accepting all the articles you can proceed with the registration following the procedure below.
We remind you that the participants in the category COUPLE will have to fill out two forms (one for athlete) but only one person will have to make the payment indicating in the causal name of the members of the couple.
